Responsibilities
Respond to emergencies which may include fire, flood, mold, vehicle impact, trauma, etc.
Advance knowledge of the operation of drying and restoration equipment such as; dehumidifiers, air movers, HEPA filter equipment, and other remediation equipment
Oversee and perform labor tasks, such as controlled deconstruction and removal of debris
Run crews of 3 or more people
Oversee the quality of workmanship on site and ensure compliance with Paul Davis standards
Able to determine damage and/or restorability to customers personal property (contents) items and manage the packout, cleaning and inventory of items within a set budget
Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered
Able to monitor and provide appropriate documentation for dry-out jobs to all interested parties
Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery
Ensure that Paul Davis safety guidelines are followed on job sites.
Requirements
Active IICRC WRT, ASD certification preferred (AMR & FSRT certification is preferred but not required)
3 or more years as an experience Mitigation Restoration Project Manager in Water, Fire and Mold
Strong desire to help others during a difficult time
A professional appearance and great attitude
A valid drivers license & pass a motor vehicle report
Ability to pass a criminal background check
A high school diploma or a GED certificate
The ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds, to climb ladders and get into confined spaces
Willingness to work in fire, smoke, mold, water damage, and other hazardous environments (necessary PPE provided by Paul Davis.)
Ability to pass a DOL Physical
