Requirements:

What we are looking for:

Must have valid CA guard card license

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure

Effective oral and written communication skills

Reliable Means of Transportation

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Active listening skills

Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively

Ability to identify escalating conditions and quickly mitigate same

Driver License Preferred, but not Mandatory (Some Positions require it)
