Accord Carton is looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Operator to join our technical manufacturing team! In this role, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our paperboard manufacturing process. You will be responsible for operating finishing equipment to produce high-quality, finished products. We are seeking to hire for our growing third shift team (9pm - 5am).

What You’ll Do:

Run machines that fold, glue, and add windows to packaging.

Set up the machines and make adjustments as needed to keep things running smoothly.

Watch over the machines to make sure everything is working right and products look good.

Check finished packages to make sure they meet our quality standards.

Fix minor problems with the machines if they come up.

Follow all safety rules to keep yourself and others safe.

Work together with your team to keep production moving.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED

Experience working in a technical manufacturing environment; especially with packaging, folding, or gluing machines.

Good with your hands and able to solve basic mechanical problems.

Able to work well on your own and with others.

Good hand-eye coordination.

Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Willing to work overnight (third shift).
