R.J. Corman is looking for an Procurement Process Data Entry Clerk within our Signaling Company in Nicholasville, KY.

Accountability: Responsible for the data entry of all material and lead times into the Materials Requirements Planning System (MRP - Microsoft D365). Receive Purchase Orders and input information into MS tracking database and Inventory Management System (D365). Ensure safety stock levels are correct for Inventory team. Track missing materials and back-order items for the Inventory, Production, and Engineering Teams.

Responsibilities include:

Input of Sales orders and Production orders into D365 Inventory Management tool based on customer Purchase Orders.

Track material lead times and load data into D365 for all projects.

Track missing materials and modify Sales orders as required.

Modify production orders based on material lead times.

Release production orders to Inventory for kitting based on the prioritization list from the Project Manager.

Receiving Purchase Orders and loading into the MS tracking database and D365 system.

Support maintaining Safety Stock numbers for proper inventory levels.

Order Personal protective equipment and workwear items for Signaling employees.

Assist in the coordination of procurement and production activities.

Support communication with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials.

Provide support in resolving any BOM-related issues or discrepancies.

Checking Purchase Orders for correct pricing from various customers as required.

Creating Part numbers as required as directed by Engineering Management.

Input of pricing into D365 for various components based on customer selling price.

Support safety compliance by tracking Erail Safety certifications and other safety initiatives.

Other duties as defined by Signaling Management.

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience:

High School Diploma and experience with Data Entry into MRP system.

Ability to use Microsoft office, Excel, and other programs. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus.

Desirable

Proficient using Microsoft D365, and Microsoft Office Programs.

Proficient knowledge of Railroad Signal materials.
