At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Mobile Crisis Team Lead Supervisor (Licensed Clinician) to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a valued member of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work together to provide crisis intervention services to individuals living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.

*$7,500 sign-on and retention bonus*

What You’ll Do

You will provide clinical oversight and coordination services for the REACH Mobile Crisis Team. Crisis services involve rapid response to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis, which can occur in their homes or community settings. Primary duties include administrative and clinical supervision of REACH Mobile Crisis Team, coordination of admissions/discharges, and reviewing staff service documentation. This role is responsible for shared supervisor rotation of a 24/7/365 crisis line which includes providing guidance and support to the team while they are on call.

You’ll earn a competitive annual salary with a range of $65,000-$70,000 based on your experience plus enjoy a 40-hour a week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm work schedule with some evening flexibility to act as the supervisor on duty. This position is hybrid involving some onsite meetings. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.

Sign-On and Retention Bonus: The pay-out schedule for the bonus is in three increments: 3, 6, and 12 months. Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

Licensure Perks: Paid in-house supervision towards LCSW licensure / a stipend for outside LPC supervision

What We’re Looking For

To join our team, you must be willing to provide care in homes or mobile setting, have a passion for helping and leading others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, plus strong verbal and written communication skills. Participation in the supervisor on duty crisis phone rotation. We also require the following:

Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field

Licensed or under supervision as a LCSW, LPC or a closely related field.

3 years’ experience with developmental disabilities and mental health populations preferred

Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services a plus

Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance
