Inside Sales - Industrial Tools Distributor

Job Description

A global industrial parts distributor in the Greenville, SC is looking for an Inside Sales to join their team. This is a full-time and direct hire position.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

· Create purchase orders based on customer’s forecast, and arrange delivery schedule.

· Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving as well as update daily inventory for multiple locations.

· Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any inquiries.

Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer request

· Respond to customer’s urgent request and arrange expedite delivery schedule.

· Handle import business from overseas.

· Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry/processing, etc.

· Other duties as assigned

Inside Sales Requirements:

· Collage Degree or experience with similar roles

· 2-3 years’ experience in an office environment is preferred.

· Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Must be comfortable in a multicultural environment

· Must be able to work responsibly and effectively
