Job Description – Future / Bigger Picture

We need someone that understands (a) who we are, (b) what we can be, (c) how to contribute to that vision, and (d) how to help execute that vision. As we grow, we will continue to try new things, we will continue to make mistakes, and/but we WILL get better. Who we find to join our team in the coming years has such a big impact on how well we grow, how good our culture is, and the diversity of our team. Just as you cannot make great wine with so-so grapes, we cannot build a great company without great people. Ideally, let's hire superstars. Some superstars show up with a big “S” on their chest and close the big deals, but for us, most of our superstars are the ones that are driven and disciplined, take pride in their job, and day-in, day-out, continue to deliver. That is what our company is built on. This will get us to the next level and the levels after that.

This position needs to be passionate and enjoy that art and science of finding candidates, explaining our value proposition to them, and getting them into the role that best suits them. While not easy, it is rather simple.

What is in the future for this position? The simple answer is: we want you to make this role your own. Supporting growth is a core part of our culture, and we genuinely care about helping our team members thrive. We're always open to conversations about your development and are excited to explore how this role can evolve with you.

Skillsets, Tools, and Recommended Requirements

Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who can handle both the task management aspects of getting the job done, along with the ability to understand our overall internal brand and become a leader and resource to the team members and managers going forward. Here are the primary skillsets and characteristics a successful candidate will possess:

Ability to build learning paths, certification programs, and modular content.

Track training effectiveness using surveys, performance KPIs, and ROI analysis.
