Outside Sales Representative (Canvasser / Field Marketing) ~ Columbus, OH

We are actively seeking several Outside Sales Representatives for direct hire Field Marketing & Canvassing opportunities in Scranton, PA. The Outside Sales Representative position is an entry-level Field Marketing / Canvasser role and assumes responsibility for generating the leads needed for our sales staff in the most cost-effective means possible. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making door-to-door inquiries as well as assisting with events. The prospective applicant will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as Lead Perfection, Salesforce, and Ring Central.

Outside Sales (Canvasser / Field Marketing) Responsibilities:

· Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers.

· Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals.

· Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees.

· Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.

· Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately.

· Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads.

· Ensure workstation / kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional, and presentable always.

Outside Sales (Canvasser / Field Marketing) Requirements:

· Sales or customer service experience preferred - hospitality, retail or any customer-facing field.

· Excellent attention to detail, and strong negotiation skills, coupled with outstanding follow through and execution.

· Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks.

· Strong verbal customer communication skills, along with effective organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time

· Year-round field work in all weather conditions

· Must be able to carry up to 25 lbs.

· Capable of setup and breakdown kiosk and showroom displays.

· Must be able to operate a phone, computer, copier, scanner, and fax machine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
