Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking to add a Construction Project Manager to our team to oversee all aspects of a construction project from initiation to completion, ensuring it stays on budget, on schedule, and meets client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage resources; and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractor, other subcontractors, and clients; maintain clear communication channels; and report progress on a regular basis.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, such as delays, cost overruns, or safety issues, ensuring the project stays on track.

Budget Management: Manage the project budget, monitor expenditures, and ensure the project stays within the allocated funds.

Quality Control: Ensure that the project meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.

Safety Management: Ensure the safety of workers and visitor on the construction site.

Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, address their concerns, and keep them informed about project progress.
