Phil’s is a company looking for professional, skilled tradesman, to start immediately to work in the Phoenix Metro area

Must have work experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, trim carpentry

tile, sprinklers, & other trades.

*Dependable skilled tradesmen, well spoken with a reputation for integrity, honesty, and customer service.*

Requirements:

Punctual and dependable

Own basic tools: drills, hand tools, ladder

Reliable transportation: truck or van to travel to the job sites

Background check & Good driving record

Ability to troubleshoot mechanical & maintenance issues

Ability to work responsibly w/o supervision

Valid Arizona Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Current vehicle insurance

Be safety conscious

Customer focused

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

High School diploma or equivalent

Positive attitude

Professional appearance

Scope of work

Complete small-medium home maintenance, repairs & remodel projects

Communicate with customers

Finish assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Collaborate with Project Manager to optimize efficiencies & profitability.

Monday to Friday Year Round, Steady Work

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour BOE + gas allowance
