Duties

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools such as Taleo and PeopleSoft to streamline the hiring process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.

Conduct thorough evaluations of candidates through interviews and assessments to ensure they meet organizational standards.

Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems for tracking candidate progress and recruitment metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruiting to enhance talent acquisition strategies.

Participate in training development initiatives to improve recruitment processes and employee evaluation methods.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting, particularly within the healthcare sector.

Familiarity with contract recruiting, executive recruiting, and technical recruiting is preferred.

Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Taleo or PeopleSoft for managing candidate information.

Strong understanding of talent management principles and employee evaluation techniques.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
