PLC Programmer – Siemens TIA Portal & Robotics Integration Specialist

Are you a seasoned PLC Programmer with a passion for automation, Siemens systems, and robotic interfaces? This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and commissioning of cutting-edge industrial stations aligned with Company standards, in a dynamic environment requiring travel to Nevada, USA.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise:

Expertise in Siemens TIA Portal Version 18

Proficiency in Siemens Safety PLC (1518-F)

Strong experience with Siemens IPC integration

Advanced HMI development using Siemens platforms

Familiarity with Siemens SiCAR standard

Competency in S7 Graph logic programming

Thorough understanding of robotic station interface, sequencing, and interlocking

Experience with VFD and Servo Drives (Siemens and SEW)

General Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in industrial automation or a similar field

Proven ability to take full ownership of the assigned station, from development to validation

Flexibility to work in any shift

Must hold a valid USA visa with a readiness for long-term, on-site commitment until full system commissioning at the customer site in Nevada, USA

Primary Responsibilities:

Independently develop PLC logic and HMI interfaces following Companies automation standards

Test, debug, and validate assigned automation stations, ensuring they meet all performance and safety criteria

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for seamless integration of control systems
