Print Production Manager

Job Description

Eclipse Creative is looking for a Production Manager in their Print division. This full-time position is responsible for leading Digital Printing, 3D, and Installation department and ensure all jobs are completed in a timely fashion, within budget and to customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

Create Processes for a solid work flow. Must be able to scale and not work Job to job but in a proper work flow for many jobs at once.

In Charge of making sure all team members follow the processes in place.

Make sure inventory is correct and fully stocked to the levels needed to complete work.

Make sure all jobs start when they come in and keep us on a solid time line to meet all deadlines.

Make sure all jobs are QC’d either by Floor Supervisor or yourself.

Work with all PMs to ensure proper communication and deadlines.

Yearly reviews for all print division team members.

Quarterly check ins with all team members.

Attend weekly Managers meeting Wednesday at 9:30-11.

Attend weekly production meeting and lead the work flow and know what is ahead of us.

Stay ahead of all work flow. Should know whats coming in the next week not just whats in today.

Manage OT and make sure workers are not abusing.

Limit redos.

Find efficiencies.

Make sure the company maintains profit margins.

Manage hours.

Manage time off requests.

Make sure all equipment is properly maintained.
