Logistics Coordinator Compensation

• Competitive salary – based on experience

Logistics Coordinator Highlights

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, On-Site)

• Opportunity to work with international logistics teams and stakeholders

• Involved in global coordination of exports/imports, including quality and regulatory support

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation of imported products to final destinations in North America

• Work with customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to warehouses and customers

• Monitor carrier performance using track-and-trace platforms and digital logistics tools

• Manage fulfillment of export orders from production sites to customers worldwide (LATAM, APAC, EU, China, NA)

• Serve as liaison between international regions and product manufacturing sites

• Support affiliates with logistics, quality, and supply chain coordination

• Research and resolve logistics-related customer complaints and claims

• Assist with regulatory documentation (customs, FDA, audits)

• Drive continuous improvements in import operations

• Ensure compliance with safety, training, and quality procedures (GMP, SHE standards)

• Submit reports on quality deviations or non-conformances

Logistics Coordinator Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required (Logistics preferred)

• 5+ years experience in import/export logistics, ideally in a global, matrixed organization

• Experience with hazardous materials, warehousing, and transportation systems

• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with SAP R/3 and Business Warehouse (BW)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
