Assignment: Late April/Early May ? June 20, 2025 (~5 weeks)

Hours: 8:00 AM ? 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Are you an organized, proactive professional with a passion for marketing, communications, and community engagement? We're seeking a Program Coordinator to provide temporary coverage during a medical leave. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in the transportation demand management space while supporting meaningful programs that improve public awareness and regional mobility options.

Key Responsibilities:

Support partnerships to enhance visibility of the transportation demand management program and engage with the public and stakeholders.

Coordinate with the Communications team to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies.

Ensure consistent and effective messaging using marketing, transportation demand management, and behavioral science best practices.

Manage website content, create social media content, maintain CRM systems, develop email campaigns and articles, and produce reports.

Organize and attend outreach events, delivering presentations about the Travel Demand Management program.

Provide project coordination support including budgeting, expense tracking, project planning, consultant coordination, and evaluation.

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience in marketing, communications, or program coordination preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
