* One year previous server experience desired, however we are willing to train the right individual with an interest in hospitality

* Create and maintain a welcoming, energetic, friendly and caring atmosphere at all times for all guests, co-workers and supervisors

* Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including early shifts that begin at 5am and weekends, weekdays, evenings and some holidays

* Familiarity with banquet serving a plus

* Perform set-up, clean-up and closing duties as specified on the side work checklist

* Deliver professional, courteous, cheerful, accommodating and efficient food and drink service to our guests
