Requirements & Responsibilities for the Recruiter:

Full-cycle recruitment for maintenance roles.

Targeted sourcing of skilled maintenance candidates.

Technical skill assessment and qualification.

Partnering with maintenance hiring managers.

Ensuring compliant and efficient hiring processes.

Compensation for the Recruiter:

Employment type: 3-to-4 months contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hrs. per week

Salary/Pay: $31.25/hr.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ 85250 (Hybrid after 2 weeks of onsite.)
