Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks.
Utilize surveillance equipment such as CCTV to monitor activities.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques.
Skills
High School Diploma Required
Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance equipment.
Experience in conflict management and resolution.
Military background or training can be beneficial.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
