Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing to our owner and lead designer. The ideal candidate will possess experience in Quickbooks desktop, Hubstaff, HubTask, strong communication skills, be proficient computer based software, and have a customer service-oriented mindset. Adobe products experience is desired but not necessary.
This is position is NOT nor will it transition to a work at home position.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry tasks in QuickBooks accurately and promptly.
Maintain and file digital documents according to company standards digital files.
Provide individual administrative project support as requested. Project support may include working on specific proprietary software and industry programs.
Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
Skills
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation
Compensation will advance based on your ability to learn exceed expectations.
If training beyond on the job is required for staff advancement, our staff is expected to pursue education as needed in part on their own time. Training costs are supported.
Workspace
You will work directly with the owner of the company initially.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour or other rate per experience and ability.
Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week or 7-8 every other week.
Schedule:
Flexible on day of the week.
Work Location: In person.
Part-time
