Outside Sales Representative – Fuel & Energy Solutions

Location: North Carolina (Remote / Field-Based)

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Paid Quarterly)

Industry Focus: Construction, Utilities, Transportation, Industrial Operations

We're now expanding in the North Carolina market and seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Representative to drive new business across construction, transportation, and energy sectors.

What You’ll Do:

Build and grow a pipeline of commercial and industrial clients in the fuel, fleet, and facility space

Prospect and present solutions to general contractors, operations managers, fleet directors, and facilities teams

Educate clients on our fuel supply options, emergency fueling, tank monitoring, and green energy services

Prepare proposals and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close

Attend conferences, conduct site visits, and represent the company professionally in the field

Accurately track activity and pipeline status in Salesforce

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support

Who You Are:

3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in industries like construction, fuel/oil/gas, utilities, fleet services, or industrial supplies

Comfortable selling to general contractors, transportation providers, or infrastructure teams

A self-starter who enjoys prospecting and owning the full sales cycle

Technically curious — able to understand fuel systems, tank setups, and service delivery workflows

Strong communicator with a professional presence and consultative approach

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Located in North Carolina or open to travel throughout the state (mileage reimbursed)
