Warehouse Manager

Job Description

CSP is partnering with a commercial construction supplier in Harrisburg to help them identify a Warehouse Manager to join their team. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse logistics, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and fleet coordination. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storing, and shipping of materials.

Manage inbound and outbound material flow and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely availability of products.

Supervise and work alongside warehouse staff, promoting a team-first, results-driven culture.

Use warehouse inventory management software to track inventory and maintain data accuracy.

Plan and monitor delivery routes using fleet tracking software; coordinate driver schedules and vehicle maintenance.

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

Prepare shipments for UPS, LTL, and other delivery services, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and support exceptional service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic setting.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Basic computer proficiency required; experience with inventory management and fleet tracking systems is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred).

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is strongly preferred
