Position Summary:

Drip Restoration is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mitigation Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our mitigation division. This leadership role is responsible for managing mitigation technicians, ensuring timely and compliant job completion, maintaining high standards of customer service, and coordinating with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of all mitigation projects from initial response to completion.

Lead, manage, and mentor the mitigation team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company and IICRC standards.

Coordinate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage job documentation, including moisture mapping, daily logs, photos, and proper scope of work through industry software (Albi and Company Cam)

Create accurate estimates and scopes of work using insurance-approved software.

Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is in proper working order.

Collaborate with reconstruction/project management teams as needed for seamless handoff.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 consecutive years of mitigation management experience.

Proven leadership in residential and commercial water, mold, and fire damage mitigation.

Extensive knowledge of industry standards (IICRC, OSHA).

Proficient in project management and estimating software Albi, Company Cam.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

IICRC Certifications preferred.

Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift 50+ lbs.
