Inventory Specialist

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $28–$33/hour

Schedule: Full-time

trak group is partnering with a long-standing engineering and manufacturing firm specializing in custom power module packaging. With over 40 years of expertise, they’re hiring a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to manage inventory accuracy, support production, and ensure timely part flow.

What You’ll Do

Track and manage inventory using barcodes and internal systems

Stage items for work orders and outgoing shipments

Issue parts to production and prepare kits for assembly

Monitor shortages and maintain inventory records in WINs

Conduct inventory audits and coordinate deliveries with the Quality team

Package shipments and assist with outbound freight coordination

Help improve inventory layout, flow, and tracking processes

Support the Production Manager with additional tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in inventory, quality control, or a related role

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP a plus)

Excellent math, organization, and time management skills

Clear communication and problem-solving mindset

Valid driver’s license with clean record

Forklift certified or willing to complete training

Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards preferred

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, bend, reach, and move throughout the day

Role includes 60% walking, 20% standing, 20% sitting

Exposure to temperature changes, dust, and shop noise
