Job Description
*This position will be located in Mooresville, IN*
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will represent our client to the customer and act as a critical liaison between the customer, sales, and operations teams. You will receive and process routine customer orders, inquiries, and/or customer issues related to orders.
Pay: $17/hr.
Shift: 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Manage a high number of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Answer and make calls while maneuvering a keyboard during research
Maintain and file records per company procedure
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using proper methods/tools
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and fellow employees
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Internet programs
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Drug Screen and Background required.
