About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components
Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions
Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC systems
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications
Test electrical circuits and components for continuity
Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety regulations
Complete service records and paperwork in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and solutions
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
EPA certification (minimum Type II)
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Knowledge of various HVAC systems and refrigerants
Proficiency in using specialized tools and testing equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred
Compensation:
$75,000 - $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualificationsCompany Description
