Job Description
Sealcoating Technician is responsible for applying protective coatings to asphalt surfaces, such as driveways and parking lots, to extend their lifespan and enhance appearance. Here's an overview of the role, including typical duties, compensation, and qualifications:
Must have experience in asphalt Sealcoating and repair of cracks and pot holes on driveways and parking lots.
Must have experience driving pickup truck while pulling a 10 foot trailer.
Must have a clean driver’s license.

Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare pavement surfaces by brooming, blowing, and removing debris.
Crack Filling: Apply crack-filling materials to repair minor surface imperfections.
Sealcoat Application: Apply sealcoating materials using brushes, squeegees or spray wands to ensure even coverage.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain sealcoating equipment, including mixers and sprayers.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols to protect oneself, coworkers, and the public.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in outdoor labor, particularly in hot conditions, is often required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Licensing: A valid driver's license is typically preferred or required.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
