Now Hiring: Tool and Die Maker

We're looking for an experienced Tool and Die Maker to join a fast-paced team in a hands-on role. You'll maintain, repair, and troubleshoot progressive and deep draw dies to keep production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain, sharpen, and modify dies using blueprints and precision tools

Operate grinders, mills, lathes, and drill presses

Troubleshoot die issues in press to meet quality and production goals

Collaborate with CNC/WEDM departments and other shifts

Keep your work area safe and organized

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with tooling, machining, and quality gauges

Comfortable with close tolerances and fast-paced environments

Willing to work flexible shifts and some weekends

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout the shift

Journeyman status preferred, but not requiredCompany Description
