Pay Rate: $18.50 – $22.00/hour (Based on experience)

We are a DDS-certified residential provider proudly serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) in Washington, DC. What You’ll Do:

Support individuals in daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and medication management

Encourage community involvement by assisting with recreational outings, volunteer work, and social events

Promote independence by teaching and supporting skill development

Foster a positive, respectful, and safe environment where individuals feel valued and empowered

We’re Looking for DSPs Who Are:

Dedicated, reliable, and compassionate

Passionate about improving quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities

Comfortable working in home and community-based settings

Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed)

Experienced (preferred, but not required—we will train the right person)

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Must pass a background check and required health screenings

Authorization to work in the United States
