Job Responsibilities

Load raw materials into bar feeders and CNC machines.

Conduct in-process inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Visually inspect finished products and identify any defects or quality issues.

Rework or sort parts as necessary to meet quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure products meet required specifications.

Maintain accurate records of inspection results and report any non-conformances to supervisors.

Ensure work area remains clean and organized, following all safety and quality procedures.

Collaborate with machine operators and other team members to maintain efficient workflow and quality output.

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a CNC machine operator, quality inspector, or similar manufacturing role.

Familiarity with reading blueprints and understanding technical specifications.

Experience using metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
