We are looking for a breakfast host/ Room attendant to serve as our guests’ first point of contact during breakfast hours and maintain all aspects of cleanliness. If you have a knack for hospitality and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities
The Breakfast Host is responsible for preparing and serving the hotel’s complimentary breakfast buffet, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, and providing friendly service to guests during breakfast hours.
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet according to hotel standards.
Prepare simple food and beverage items (e.g., coffee, juices, fruit, baked goods).
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating or breakfast-related questions.
Monitor food and beverage levels, restocking as needed.
Keep the breakfast area clean, including tables, counters, and floors.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Clean and store kitchen equipment and utensils after breakfast.
Report inventory needs or maintenance issues to management.
2. Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a highest Hilton standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean guest rooms including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
Clean bathrooms, sanitize surfaces, and restock supplies (towels, toiletries, tissue).
Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.
Replace used linens and towels with clean ones.
Ensure guest rooms are fully stocked, clean, and ready for new arrivals.
Maintain cleanliness of corridors and public space.
Maintain cleanliness of carts, storage rooms, and workspaces.
Respect guests’ privacy and respond to guest requests professionally.
Follow hotel’s safety and security procedures.
Skills
Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus.
Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
Basic food handling knowledge (training often provided).
