Job Description

We are seeking a Wound Care LVN to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

Wound Care-dressing changes

Advanced modalities

Provide outstanding patient care and treatment

Travel to patients homes and care facilities to provide care

Educate and update patients on progression of wound healing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in wound care experience is a plus!

Desire to travel daily and go into patients homes to provide care.

Ability to build rapport with patients

Compassionate and caring demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
