Canvasser / Appointment Setter

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Door-to-Door Canvassers and Appointment Setters to join our team in the residential water industry. As a Canvasser and Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating interest in a free home water analysis through face-to-face interactions with potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives to demonstrate and sell our products.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Canvass assigned neighborhoods, knocking on doors and engaging with potential clients to discuss the benefits of our home water systems.

Generate interest in our products and services by delivering a compelling sales pitch and addressing potential client questions or concerns.

Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients and demonstrate our home water systems.

Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and ensure attendance.

No need to mess with a CRM, just turn in daily reports and allow our team to assist you on the backend.

Collaborate with sales representatives to understand their availability and preferences for scheduling appointments.

Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for potential clients throughout the canvassing and appointment setting process.

Qualifications

Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing, appointment setting, or a similar role, preferably in the home water systems or a related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, meeting or exceeding targets for appointment setting.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related technology.

Physically capable of walking and standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or a related field is preferred.
