Job Title: Field Technician III

Location: Greenfield, IN

Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour days)

Salary: $28.65 - $42.98/ Hourly

Job Type: Permanent

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician III to join our dynamic team in Greenfield, IN. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance and repair support to business aviation customers. This role will also involve occasional travel to our repair station shop in Indianapolis, IN, with domestic and international travel up to 20%.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-wing and off-wing engine maintenance, including engine changes

Ensure compliance with work scope instructions

Obtain and maintain repair station inspection approvals

Interact with customers and provide technical support

Troubleshoot and identify defects in engine components or parts

Use engine data materials such as AMM, EMM, IPC

Apply Service Bulletins, FAA Advisory Directives, and Technical Variances

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of aircraft maintenance, repair, and/or overhaul experience

FAA Airframe & Power Plant License

Ability to pass FAA/DOT pre-employment background checks and drug screen

U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Rolls-Royce Gas turbine engines

Customer relations experience

Previous FAR145 repair station experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
