Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate logistics support activities for UAS systems across their full lifecycle.
Plan, develop, manage, and assist in the budgeting and acquisition of IPS technical data and information to support lifecycle management.
Lifecycle logistics support in planning, developing, and executing acquisition and sustainment of Integrated Product Support (IPS) requirements for the UAS portfolio.
Provide analysis and recommendations for design interface issues, focusing on Human Systems Integration (HSI), Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), and product supportability modeling.
Support design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, PRR), trade studies, and reliability improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with program objectives and system performance metrics.
Evaluate and manage technical data, including Engineering Change Proposals, Maintenance Work Orders, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), and Provisioning Parts Lists (PPL).
Review and convert technical publications into XML formats using tools such as Arbortext; maintain document consistency, layout, and graphic integration.
Support the development and maintenance of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and other technical publications; ensure accuracy and completeness of logistics source data.
Monitor the implementation of program data rights, cataloging, provisioning records, and system configurations.
Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of Government Property (GP) accountability and management, including use of Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
Ensure proper asset lifecycle transactions, inventory reconciliation, audit readiness, and documentation compliance with DoD and Army regulations.
Support the review and execution of IUID marking, GFP baseline establishment, and acquisition documentation for contract inclusion.
Direct cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives on time and within scope while maintaining alignment with strategic acquisition and sustainment plans.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Program Management, senior-level DoD environments, or defense industry roles involving high-level coordination with DoD leadership.
Documented record of progressively increasing management responsibility.
At least 2 years of experience managing cyber range or IT/OT technology programs.
Must have 12 years of experience leading large analytical efforts in defense acquisition or sustainment.
Advanced degree preferred and may substitute for some experience.
