Job Description
Our client, a leader in the Automotive Refinish market, is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant / Logistics Clerk to support supply chain operations and front-office logistics processes. This role is 100% onsite and focused strictly on office-based logistics and administrative support (not warehouse work).
Key Responsibilities
Process and schedule outbound delivery orders with accuracy and compliance to internal procedures
Monitor the Expected Shipment Queue within SAP
Update shipment data (Driver and Pro#) and ensure timely Goods Issue
Track, report, and file daily shipment activity and documentation
Handle front-office administrative tasks, including routing incoming calls
Participate in daily team meetings and complete required safety training
Support distribution operations and communicate with supply chain, customer service, and sales teams
Who We’re Looking For
Office-savvy and analytical individual with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a logistics or supply chain support environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Not looking for warehouse/floor labor – this is strictly an administrative logistics role
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Solid business writing and time management skills
Familiarity with SAP is preferred, not required
Basic math proficiency (e.g., converting kg to lbs)
Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, phones)
