Job Responsibilities
Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral intervention services to children with autism.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
Utilize evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
Accurately collect and record data to track client progress.
Adapt to challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications
Certification: RBT certification or RBAI license required.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months working as an RBT/RBAI.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; college coursework in a related field is a plus .
Skills: Strong communication, organization, and adaptability.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs., frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification (or ability to obtain), valid driver’s license, and personal auto insurance.
Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation to travel to client locations.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in using technology, including email, scanning, and document handling.
Attention to Detail: Strong spelling and written communication skills.

Compensation for this role falls within this range and is determined by factors such as experience, skills, job performance, and tenure. This range represents the potential earnings for the position but does not guarantee that all employees are paid either the highest or lowest amount.
