Description

This position requires quarterly in-person collaboration meetings in our Las Vegas, NV headquarters

Overview

At Caesars, we’re not just designing products — we’re architecting a modular, multi-surface digital ecosystem. Our ambition spans platforms: mobile apps, websites, kiosks, and in-room TVs. At the core of it all is a living design system — structured with tokens, powered by code, and shaped by vision.

As a Senior Product Designer II, you’ll take ownership of experiences that scale with elegance and integrity. You’ll contribute to a product culture growing in craft, systems thinking, and collaborative resilience — where experimentation, design rigor, and personalization go hand in hand.

This is a role for those who believe great design is not just seen — it’s felt across every interaction, surface, and state.

What You’ll Do

Lead cross-platform initiatives within product teams using a centralized design system.

Design and evolve reusable components, states, and tokenized patterns that scale across multiple brands.

Translate complex business needs into elegant interaction models, leveraging responsive and adaptive best practices.

Partner with DesignOps, product and engineers to operationalize design — from Figma Dev Mode to tokenized component pipelines.

Build precise, well-composed UIs with typographic rhythm, spatial clarity, and motion that supports meaning.

Collaborate across disciplines — content, engineering, product — to ensure solutions are thoughtful, feasible, and refined.

Think in systems, not screens — crafting experiences that are resilient, consistent, and easy to maintain.

Push personalization and adaptive design, integrating AI and modular logic where relevant to guest context.

You Bring

4–6 years of product design experience, with a focus on scalable systems and digital interfaces.

A portfolio that demonstrates not just visuals, but systems clarity, design rationale, and interactive polish.

Expert-level fluency in Figma — component structure, variants, tokens, Dev Mode, and design documentation.

Comfort designing for multiple device types: responsive web, mobile app, kiosk, and connected TVs.

Understanding of motion systems, typography, ADA/WCAG accessibility, and token-driven UI architecture.

Strong communication skills — verbal, visual, and documented — for alignment and decision-making.

A mindset that values design as a strategic function and collaboration as a creative multiplier.

Bonus Points For

Experience building or scaling multi-brand design systems with token theming.

Familiarity with Token Studio, Builder.io, Rive, or Lottie.

Past work with adaptive UIs, AI-driven logic, or personalization frameworks.

Experience delivering unified design systems across both transactional and marketing experiences.

Why Join Caesars Design

Design at scale: From Las Vegas to regional destinations across the U.S., you’ll shape digital experiences that span 50+ property websites, mobile apps, kiosks, and smart TVs — all unified by the industry’s largest loyalty program.

Craft the ecosystem: You’ll help architect the connective tissue of a digital platform — where brand, behavior, and structure live in harmony.

Partner with engineering in real time: Design in Figma, ship to code — with live token specs, Dev Mode, and shared libraries.

Push adaptive and personalized experiences: We’re evolving beyond static screens — toward modular design that responds to guest needs and context.

Join a team that respects the details: Our culture values typography, layout systems, and motion just as much as functionality and speed.

Final Note

This role is for system-minded designers who thrive at the intersection of precision and possibility. You understand that a design system is more than a toolkit — it’s a language, a product, and a platform for creativity at scale.

If you’re ready to build the system and the surfaces — we’d love to hear from you.
