Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven expertise in ServiceNow and SharePoint to join our client’s team based in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and optimizing ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms in alignment with organizational and process improvement goals. This is an onsite role requiring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

ServiceNow Configuration:

Configure ServiceNow in accordance with predefined templates and guidelines provided by the Process Improvement Team.

Tailor ServiceNow configurations to address unique organizational requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of templates and workflows.

SharePoint Enhancements:

Optimize SharePoint functionalities to improve user experience and system efficiency.

Support the migration and integration of content from SharePoint to Microsoft Teams.

System Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide ongoing user support for ServiceNow and SharePoint platforms.

Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor system performance and address any anomalies.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, and process changes.

Prepare regular status updates and reports for management and stakeholders.

Job requirements

Hands-on experience configuring and managing ServiceNow.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow and SharePoint architecture and functionalities.

Proficiency in improving and customizing SharePoint environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and its integration with SharePoint.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate across departments and with technical/non-technical stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with cross-functional Process Improvement Teams.

Background in supporting digital workplace transformation initiatives.
