Landscape Architect Internship

Envy Exteriors, Inc., a Design/Build Landscape, Outdoor Living + Pool Company, is seeking qualified candidates for Landscape Architect PAID Internship Positions.

Utilize your skills while learning from our team - designing various luxury residential landscape/outdoor living/pool projects.

The qualified candidate should be a recent or soon to be Landscape Architecture graduate.

Prefer to hire for a full-time position, but will consider part-time for current students.

Looking for a go-getter wanting to learn - Will train you in all areas of the following: -Preparing conceptual and schematic designs using industry standard software - AutoCAD, Pool Studio/VIP3D, etc.; hand-drawn renderings/designs -Conduct client meetings -Create price estimates -Assist with project and client management, as needed Requirements: - Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written - Possess a great deal of self initiative/autonomy -Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail; ability to multi-task in a fast paced/high energy environment - Ability to consistently meet deadlines, manage time and workload efficiently - Knowledge of plant material specifically common to Houston climate, construction processes, etc.

- Potential Sales Ability (Meet with clients, sell retainer, design, present, close sale) - MUST live in the greater Houston area (We are located in Tomball/Woodlands Area) - Clean driving record Offering a fantastic work environment with all of the resources you may ever need - including a great team!
