Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our clients dental practice. The office is a state of the art FFS & PPO office, with an amazing team and a great reputation! The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry, along with the ability to perform oral surgery and dental fabrication. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to all relevant health regulations and safety protocols. The Dentist will work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.

Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing oral surgeries as needed.

Create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring informed consent is obtained.

Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.

Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures.

Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to provide seamless patient care.

Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

Valid state dental license with the ability to practice dentistry in the designated location.

Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dentistry and oral health.

Experience in a dental office or clinic setting preferred, with familiarity in general dentistry practices.

Proficiency in dental fabrication techniques is a plus.

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills necessary for maintaining medical records accurately.
