This position is responsible for maintaining, upgrading and managing our customer's software, hardware and networks.

Job Duties:
Collaborate with account managers and clients to analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Participate in client meetings and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales cycle, including customized product demonstrations and solution scoping.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient software and hardware solutions tailored to client environments. Ensure all solutions align with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and the client's business objectives.
Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), implementation plans, and deployment schedules. Coordinate internal and third-party resources to deliver solutions on time and within scope. Maintain accountability for project timelines and deliverables.
Lead the deployment and configuration of systems including servers, networking devices, virtualization platforms, and cloud services. Ensure high-quality implementation through documentation, testing, and client sign-off.
Provide tier 3 escalation support for complex issues across customer environments, including software, infrastructure, and connectivity problems. Deliver both remote and on-site support when required.
Deliver structured end-user and admin training sessions post-implementation. Ensure knowledge transfer and document key procedures to empower client IT staff.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients to understand evolving needs and identify upsell opportunities. Collaborate with account teams to recommend enhancements and additional services.
Identify opportunities for technical and operational improvements in client environments. Propose and document process improvements, including return-on-investment (ROI) justifications for enhancements.
Support presales analysts and junior engineers by reviewing designs, recommending best practices, and assisting with solution delivery. Share knowledge across the team to build technical capability.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms. Provide leadership in recommending new services and solutions to expand the company's offerings.
Actively pursue relevant certifications and attend industry training to stay current with technology trends and maintain expert-level knowledge.
Follow internal policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Stay informed about organizational guidelines and represent the company professionally.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned in support of client success and operational excellence.

5+ years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role required.
Must be an subject matter expert with azure, veam, and SAN.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Desktop operating systems.
Solid working knowledge of macOS and Microsoft 365 productivity applications.
Experience with Citrix, Terminal Services/RDS, and virtual desktop environments is preferred.
Experience working in client-facing/consultative roles within a service-based business model.
