Credence is seeking talented professionals across a range of technical disciplines—including Computer Engineers, Software Developers, Computer Systems Analysts, Information Security Analysts, and Data Scientists—to support a high-impact contract with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) initiatives. This role is based in Dayton, OH, and is critical to advancing the Air Force’s cybersecurity and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below

Depending on your area of expertise, responsibilities may include:

Computer Engineers: Design and develop secure computing systems and infrastructure to support AI and PKI operations.

Software Developers: Build and maintain AI-driven applications and cybersecurity tools tailored to AFRL mission needs.

Computer Systems Analysts: Evaluate and optimize system performance, ensuring seamless integration of AI and PKI technologies.

Information Security Analysts: Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies, monitor for threats, and ensure compliance with DoD security standards.

Data Scientists: Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, develop predictive models, and support AI-based decision-making.

All roles will contribute to:

Enhancing threat detection and response through AI and machine learning.

Supporting the secure deployment and management of PKI systems.

Collaborating with AFRL stakeholders to understand mission requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Conducting research and development to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats and technological advancements.

Education, Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Science)

Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: AI/ML development, cybersecurity, software engineering, systems analysis, or data analytics

Familiarity with PKI, cryptographic protocols, or secure system design is highly desirable

Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government contracts.

Knowledge of AFRL operations and mission priorities

Active security clearance
