IT Vendor Management Analyst

Join an exciting opportunity as an IT Vendor Management Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting professional services on a global scale. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on contract management and vendor relationship building.Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for IT vendor-related issues and inquiries.

Facilitate regular meetings with key vendors to assess and improve performance.

Monitor and manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and effective agreements.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT vendor services.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive professional services agreements.

Identify and address performance issues, ensuring vendors meet agreed commitments.Skills

Proven experience in IT vendor management and contract development.

Strong ability to interpret and draft contracts.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.Preferred Skills

Experience with vendor management software and contract lifecycle management tools.

Understanding of various professional services agreements, such as Managed Capacity and Consulting.

At least 5 years of experience in IT Vendor Management.
