Moog's Corporate Group is looking for an Associate ERP Process Analyst - Global Procurement
Moog Corporate and Aerospace & Defense (A&D), has embarked on an exciting ERP transformation journey that will take us from our legacy, custom ERP system to an SAP S/4HANA solution set. This will be a multi-year project, and this role will be working on the Procure to Pay team.
The purpose of this business-focused role is to assist with gathering business requirements, liaising with site based Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and developing an integrated scalable solution. This individual will aid in the consolidation of site-specific business requirements, identify and test improved business processes, support master data cleansing, support training of system users and stabilization efforts post go live. This role requires significant communication, and influencing skills for collaboration and teamwork across Moog, especially with our Procurement and IT teams.
You will work a hybrid work schedule at our East Aurora facility.
Accountabilities:
Develop Moog’s A&D SAP Blueprint document & communicate to Group and Site Leadership
Design & document A&D “To Be” standardized process that can scale from small sites to large sites
Communicate and document functional requirements to the technical team
Assist in developing and executing training materials and plans for deployments
Assess existing processes and potential pain points, define our ‘to-be’ processes, and communicate the requirements to the SAP development team and process stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
Identifying current-state baselines and target performance metrics for the future state
Serve as intermediaries between the SAP technical team and business sectors to align business requirements with IT capabilities
Defining the post-implementation strategy for continuous process improvement and governance.
Serve as change leaders to champion the new system and business processes
Qualifications:
Typically, a bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline and a minimum of 3 years’ related experience, with at least 2 years’ supply chain experience within the manufacturing industry (ideally in aerospace and/or defense)
Ability to explain organizational objectives to others
Effective change management skills
Will require coordination across operating groups, covering more than 20 different sites, with different operating models
Cross cultural awareness is critical because the project will touch multiple sites around the globe
Understanding of the key operational metrics and pain points of the business
Skilled people developer and effective communications upwards, outwards, and downwards
Strong execution capability
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) is preferred
Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite; relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity

Salary Range Transparency:Buffalo, NY $80,000.00–$100,000.00 Annually
