As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Catrina Milliman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Maintain and update status of cases, claims, and opportunitiesQUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Previous experience with Salesforce or other customer management programs preferred.
Previous experience with a legacy/batch processing system preferred.
Property & Casualty License required (Must be able to obtain)
