Analyze and interpret multi-platform e-commerce data from Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop to identify sales trends, customer behaviors, and product performance across different markets and channels.

Develop predictive models using Python and SQL to forecast demand by product, season, and category, aiding inventory planning and revenue forecasting.

Utilize regression analysis, time-series forecasting, and trend decomposition to support strategic pricing and merchandising decisions.

Design and maintain interactive dashboards and real-time KPI monitors in Power BI and Tableau to track sales metrics, conversion rates, profit margins, and fulfillment efficiency.

Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

Digital Marketing and Customer Behavior Analysis (25%) Conduct customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral profiling using transactional data and CRM exports to identify target audiences and optimize outreach strategies.

Monitor key performance indicators for digital ad campaignssuch as CTR, CPA, ROAS, bounce rates, and engagement levelsacross platforms including TikTok Ads Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.

Apply attribution modeling to understand the impact of multi-channel marketing efforts and customer journey touchpoints.

Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different promotional strategies, ad creatives, and conversion funnels.

Generate weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with recommendations to enhance targeting, reduce cost-per-acquisition, and increase customer lifetime value.

Supply Chain and Inventory Optimization (20%): Partner with production and logistics teams to analyze supply chain data from manufacturing sites in China and Cambodia, ensuring alignment between inventory levels and demand forecasts.

Track SKU-level turnover rates, identify stock imbalances, and build forecasting models using Python and SQL to optimize restocking schedules and warehouse allocations.

Utilize ETL processes and data warehousing techniques to clean, integrate, and manage large datasets for improved demand planning and fulfillment accuracy.

Develop Power BI and Tableau dashboards to monitor inventory KPIs, supplier lead times, and warehouse performance, enabling fast, data-informed decisions across operations.

Strong understanding of data warehousing (ETL) processes and cloud-based data storage.
