We are seeking a strategic, dynamic, and results-driven Luxury Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and elevate our dealership’s performance.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate the luxury vehicle sales team to exceed targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in both new and pre-owned luxury inventory
Monitor and manage performance metrics, setting goals and evaluating KPIs for each team member
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales consultants
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Act as a liaison between the sales floor and upper management
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients, fostering repeat and referral businessQualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, luxury brand experience strongly preferred
Proven leadership and team development skills
Track record of exceeding sales goals and driving profitability
Strong understanding of the luxury automotive market and customer expectations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership management software
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record requiredWe Offer:
