Job Title: UX Designer (Mid-Level)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

Were looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer with a passion for crafting thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences. Youll play a key role in shaping intuitive, accessible products by translating complex requirements into elegant solutions. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys solving real-world design challenges.

What Youll Do

Lead UX efforts from discovery to deliveryuser research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver user-focused solutions

Conduct usability testing and user research to guide design decisions

Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture

Contribute to and help evolve the companys design system

Advocate for user needs and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle

Report directly to the Creative Director

What Were Looking For

5+ years of professional UX design experience (preferably in SaaS or enterprise environments)

Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and end-to-end product design process

Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design specifications

Experience working with and/or building design systems

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Strong grasp of accessibility best practices and design standards

Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones

Nice to Have

Experience with financial or fintech software

Familiarity with front-end development principles

Background in user research methodologies

Experience working within Agile product teams

Compensation

Salary range: $85,000 $105,000
