Position Summary
Supports and optimizes operations at the FYZICAL balance center through program planning, workflow improvements, and team coordination. Manages patient scheduling, intake, and overall center performance while supporting clinical staff and ensuring a high standard of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to enhance center operations and patient flow.
Manage scheduling, intake, and patient communication.
Analyze productivity using software tools; streamline workflows.
Maintain knowledge of insurance processes and documentation.
Lead and coordinate center activities and staff.
Screen new referral cases prior to visit.
Communicate patient findings with therapists.
Assess vital signs at check-in.
Capture breathing baselines using capnometry tools.
Assist in managing patient flow and documentation.
Coordinate efficient use of balance facilities.
Supervisory Duties
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Medical Assistant and leadership experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial
