At Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air in Windsor, CO, we're looking for a full-time Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative to join our team of hardworking professionals. In this role, you'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring customers are taken care of and our technicians are where they need to be - all while gaining stability, growth potential, and a fun, supportive work environment.

Pay: $18–$25 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Basic computer skills

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Ability to provide excellent customer service

Ability to multitask

Experience in plumbing or HVAC is a plus

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
